My ceramics is a suggestion, a personal contemplation of emotion and life. The work I create represents so many things realism, distortion, contemplation, representation - it will mean something different to everyone.

I mainly make sculptural pieces based on the human form as a vehicle to enhance what I am trying to express. Some of my work is subtle and gentle, provoking calm thoughts through form and colour, in others I try to show deeper emotions.

I don't expect someone else to see in them what I see and feel, they are welcome to put their own thoughts into it, to make it work for them.
