I am currently showing my first solo exhibition of calligraphy at The Slate Gallery in Leytonstone until 1 June 2012. www.slate-arts.com
Until recently I was working on the Lighting Department of the West End theatre production of 'War Horse'
whilst studying a Foundation degree in Calligraphy with Design at Kensington Palace. Now at the end of year 2 of my degree I have left theatre to focus on my studies.
In 2010 I studied a Foundation in Fashion at the Thomas Calton Centre in Peckham, and went on to enjoy a very successful first Walthamstow Arts Trail at 'Beautiful Interiors' Orford Road. The title of my first exhibit was 'Fashion for the Lost Art of Afternoon Tea', followed by 'Any Colour so Long as it is Bright' in 2011 which launched the range of recycled handmade demin hats and bags by Stuart Targett's design label 'By Jingo'.
