Currently seeking a visual artist (any medium) to collaborate with. I'm seeking to explore the connections between music and visual art, in particular how one can inform the other during the compositional process.

I have 15 years professional experience in the music industry. Jazz is my main area of interest, though I've also worked a lot in other genres (classical, pop, world) as well as working with other art forms, notably contemporary dance groups.

I have toured nationally and internationally, recorded dozens of cds and sessions, and performed live on national TV and Radio.

I am also very involved in education, regularly coaching at the London music conservatoires as well as teaching privately and working in adult education. My books are published by Spartan Press.

Additionally I am the founder of e17Jazz, a co-operative of top local jazz musicians. We promote gigs at The Plough (wood st) and The Rose and Crown (hoe st), as well as hosting our own annual jazz festival and taking part in the London Jazz Festival. www.myspace.com/e17jazz
