Discipline: contemporary art
Skills: installation/collaboration
Capturing the unfolding quality of time and space by active
audience engagement. I use transitional technologies. I'm inspired
by prehistory objects I handle at the British Museum: like the1800BC Danish flint fishtail dagger which looks like the incoming metal technology rather than flint.
Fine Art degree St Martin's College London 2011
Duration Projects:
Cyanotype: Iron salts coated paper is placed under library card indexes.
Opening the drawers to find books causes the salts react to sunlight and movement giving a cummulative record.
Audio installation where visitors choose vinyl to be put on youtube (I will edit the first 10 seconds of each track in the order chosen by visitors)
Original slides from 1960's-1980's chosen and viewed by visitors
